I started using Rain on the Land 's Arnica oil with Lavender last  night for the pain and swelling in my knee. This morning when I woke up I was
expecting my knee to be stiff and sore, as it has been since I injured it when I  wake up. This is normal, considering all of my pain medicine has worn off  through the night and I've been lying still for 8 hours. However, this morning,  while still a little sore and stiff, the pain was MUCH more tolerable and  noticeably better.
